Here's how it works:

  • We will meet with you at the home to assess the timing and contents you wish to liquidate.

  • We prepare home by sorting, cleaning, staging, pricing and researching items for the sale.

  • We run the sale with the home open to the public.

  • After the sale is complete we leave the home empty and clean.

  • Arrange for unsold items to be donated and or removed.

  • You will receive an itemized list of items sold along with your check.
