We customize our services with dignity and respect to meet your needs.  Our hard work shows a well organized and professional estate sale.  Our primary goal is to sell everything, while staying focused on making you top dollar.

 

• We offer a free consultation.

• 2-3 day sales with the final day discounted.

• We provide tables, shelves, display cases and supplies needed to organize and price contents of the home.

• We then organize, clean, research, price and stage items.

• Interior and exterior signage regarding directional informative and safety.

• We advertise with photos on Past 2 Present Austin website, other online websites, flyers, signs, our e-mail list and social media.

• After the sale is completed, our service removes everything from the home by donating it to the charity of your choice and providing you with a donation receipt for tax purposes.

• Within 2-3 days after the sale we will provide you with your check.

• We earn 40% commission and you receive 60% of the total sales minus your portion of the credit card fees that we split with you 50/50.
